Prohibited Activity
AFSOM Trade does not support transactions involving fraud, theft, sanctions violations, money laundering, terrorist financing, unlawful mining, conflict financing, smuggling, document falsification, or other prohibited conduct.
Verification Limits
Website submission does not mean that a party, product, document, source, assay result, or transaction has been approved or independently verified. Additional review, documentation, testing, and professional advice may be required.
Legal Compliance
Every transaction remains subject to applicable laws, licensing requirements, customs rules, tax obligations, export and import requirements, sanctions controls, and responsible sourcing expectations in all relevant jurisdictions.
Right to Decline
AFSOM Trade may request additional information, decline an enquiry, suspend communication, or discontinue review where information is incomplete, inconsistent, unverifiable, commercially unsuitable, or potentially non-compliant.
